The Program Board of BioInnovation has members representing business, academia, the public sector and a neutral chairman. Vinnova and the Swedish Energy Agency can be adjunct to the Board.
The Program Board decides on strategic projects and calls, approves projects starts, project reports and decides on other activities of greater importance to the program.
